  • Apply in person at either UBATC Campus.

  • Students with disabilities Email:disabilities@UBATC.edu; or call (435) 725-7103 to arrange accommodations at least six weeks before you plan to start.

    • This is optional, but it’s free to apply. You may qualify for:

      1. Grants and Scholarships (generally you don’t have to pay these types of aid back)

      2. Loans (this type of aid you do pay back after you graduate)

      3. Sponsoring Agencies ( DWS, Vocational Rehabilitation and BIA)

    • It’s best to apply at least 1 month before classes begin.

    • Need more information?

    • Assessment helps determine skill in reading, English and math so you can start in the appropriate course level.

    • Meet the Assessment requirements by showing:

      1. ACT scores*, OR
      2. SAT scores*, OR
      3. Successful completion of college-level math and English courses with a B- or better,
      4. OR Take the TABE assessment.

* If the scores are more than 2 years old, the TABE assessment may be required.

    • Register at the Student Services desk at either the Roosevelt or Vernal campus

    • For Vernal call 435-725-7100; For Roosevelt call 435-722-6900

    • Current students can view bills and financial aid status on your student portal account.

    • Complete one of the following payment options.

  • Register Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5:00 pm.  You may register in-person or call with a credit or debit card. TUITION MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. Vernal 435-725-7100 or Roosevelt 435-722-6900.

  • VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

  • Short-term tuition refund policy:

o   100 percent will be refunded up to five working days after the first scheduled class, and none thereafter. For courses whose lengths are less than five days, 100 percent will be refunded prior to the beginning of the class and none thereafter.

  • Tuition for short-term programs is a straight fee and is not prorated.
